I NEED HLEP WITH ADOBE FLASH CS3 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !?

okay, i drew a picture, and i want to put it in a animation on Cs3 Flash, except, i dont know how to put it on there, ive tried making a character on Cs3 flash but it just turns out looking ugly..
any help will be greatly appreciated!
