I need help

I have an Adiovox 8910 and for some reason I went to use it today and it was off, so I figured it was dead. I charged it and then turned it on and it came on just fine, but then I went to make a phone call and it says its calling but then I get a white screen that says mccsup.c then the numbers 04833 and then the phone just shuts off then powers right back up. I have tried to find and email address for Adiovox Tech support but can't find one anywhere. And since this is my only phone I can't call. Has ayone else ever had this problem? Sorry this is so long :blush:

I would take it back to your provider and have them get a hold of tech support and do all the leg work for you. (yeah....call me lazy, but hey, they have to make their money somehow)

We are shipping it back today. We got a hold of our provider and they are shipping us a new one when they recive this one.
