Iv suffered from anxiety almost my whole life. Feelings of doom, fear of dying, getting sick, things like that. Well, for the last couple of years I have been doing alot better! I started running and training for a marathon last year, everything was great, i felt great, and finished the marathon. Two days after the marathon I started feeling bad and started to take alot of meRAB. Sinus pills, Nyquil, and even antibiotics. I woke up the 3rd day after and new something was wrong. My hanRAB, feet, lips were tingling. I ignored it and took another antibiotic ( for sinus infection) . All of a sudden I cant breath, see, my fingers and toes were stiff . My eyes were having what i would consider muscle spasms. My husband called 911 and i was rushed to the hospital. They assumed I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and gave me some benadryl. Everything stopped and I felt better. I went to my Dr. the next day and he agreed that I had a reaction to the meRAB and took some blood to make sure everything was ok after the marathon. Everything was negative.
The thing is, I havent felt the same since. I have been so scared its going to happen again, that I think I am having panic attacks.Sometimes I feel like at any moment Im going to pass out, my heart starts racing, lips and hanRAB tingle. Like im floating or something. I eventually talk myself down and then I am extremely wiped out afterwarRAB. Im not sure what to do. Im afraid to take anxiety meRAB. I would rather take an herb. Should I see my Dr. ? Any advice or relating stories?
THANKS!!!!

Panic Attack.
I'm sure that's whats wrong.
If I were you, I would talk to my doctor about starting a treatment plan.
You need on something that can stop your panic attacks, so you can live a healthier life.
I mean it's possible your allergic to those pills, but I highly doubt it.
Maybe when you were taking them, you got nervous and afraid.
And that triggered your attacks.
Because trust me I know what its like to have a panic attack... It's Horrible...

I forget to do it ,but when I take at least five deep breath's,it relieves some of
the tension for me.I saw this exercise on TV in the last few days, and the instructor said ,on the intake,my stomach should be expanding. That is,it is not pulling in my stomach.Ativan helped me for my anxiety, but now I seem to be occupied with my depression. Best of luck! Bill
