So im not saying im depressed or anything.
But i want to know whats going on.
Yes im 16 and im hormonal and all but seriously this doesnt happen to people i know.
At random times i will just have a mood change that go pretty extreme. Sometimes when its bad and im angry, i have to tell ppl to stop talking to me so that i dont say something i will regret later.
It also happens when im sad, i jus want to cry and not have anyone around.

Is something wrong with me ?
I cant stay like this and not know whats going on .

thanks ..

How random? I get that way when I have PMS. I take fish oil and calcium to prevent the PMS. And yes, it works. I don't get cramps, either.

If it's happening at all odd times of the month, it may be hormones or it may be that you have a mood disorder. Do you also get major highs, where you feel very energetic and happy? Or just the lows?

Different things can cause our brain chemistry to go haywire and mess with our moods. First thing I would try is to make sure I'm getting enough exercise (exercise is a natural and proven mood booster, when done regularly), that I get in the sun when I can (Vitamin D is very important to mood- if you can't get some sunshine then take a supplement) and I would take a good quality fish oil capsule daily, plus calcium and magnesium.

If you did all that (assuming you aren't already) it might take a few weeks for you to notice a difference but you would notice.

If you already are doing those things, you might need to see a doctor. You may have a hormone imbalance or have a mood disorder.

I would suggest a check up by your doctor, just to get a professional opinion for your symptoms. It is good that you are aware of these things getting in the way of your daily life. Whenever you feel that way, it is time to get some help, there are may possibilities, we can only guess.

At your age there are a lot of things going on, and it is a good time to get a routine checkup that will includes blood work, that can give lots of clues to your health. You are at the age where your health is becoming your responsibility, and time to get involved in your diagnosis, and treatment.

Do you have access to a family doctor, or would your parents support you in seeing a doctor?
