i need help with these weird zits i get ?

i get these zits that are black just a big black spot they dont have a bump there just under my skin and i usually dont pop them i just stick them with a needle to let stuff out and all that comes out is dark blood . i only get one of these every once in a while. what are they and how can i prevent from getting these

there not blackheads these are bigger than black heads and are filled with blood
 
thats called balckheads you should just pop them dont stick em with a needle theylle get infected!
 
theyre called blackheads, you could pop them, but they have products to get rid of them (one is called the blackhead eraser), and yeah, dont stick them with a needle
 
There blackheads. You shouldnt pop them with a needle they will get infected. The black blood that came out are bacteria. Go to the dermatoglist and ask them, but for now use a acne wash and do not touch it.
