I need help with the video for Fable The Lost Chapters PC Game.?

Ok the game wirks perfectly other than one issue. The game seems centered the whole time until you click an option on the in-game menu. When the box of the option you selected pops up it us not centered at all. I cant even see the buttons at the bottom of the pop up. I did some of the things on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258632/en-us?spid=9922&sid=global but they sorta confused me. Im using Wondows XP with 1024 by 768 as the screen size. My video adapter is VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP and my moniter is a Dell 1503FP(analog).

Please Help!
