i need help with the sims 2 open for business?

okay so my mom bought open for business and i installed it and it said u have to have sims 2 before u install this wat can i do then cuz i dnt have the sims 2 and plz dnt say oh just buy iy nooooo wat can i do cuz am really mad
 
your gonna have to but the sims 2 but the prices have shot down because of sims 3 :)
