i need help with the sanyo scp 2700(some phone from sprint)?

well i have the sanyo scp 2700
and i got a transfer cable for it so
i can put photos on my computer.
and i already updated my phone software
&& when i try to install it on my computerr it. doesnt workk.
so how am i supposed to install it?
help me pleasee i really need helpp /:
