I need help with the phone htc HD2?

Hello every-ones, I just bought the phone htc HD2, with Start Guide it says: Insert the CD came with the phone into your computer's CD-ROM drive to install ActiveSync on your computer. But, the CD didn't come with the phone. Does any-body have htc HD2 came with CD (user tool CD) I called t-mobile customers support, they did not know about the CD. Anywhere on the web may I down-load that CD software? And may I use the htc HD2 as of modem "internet" for my computer? Regards,
