i need help with some exercise tips...?

im 17 gonna be 18 in a month and im 5 foot 1 and im about to tell you what i weigh but dont freak out im not like anorexic or anything i just have a fast metabolism and its my dads side of the family genes they are all petite as well as my brother. well anyways i am about 86-87 pounds. and i eat ALOT i mean im always munching on something. its either cookies or donuts etc. im very very skinny but i dont look like sick skinny. trust me i go to the doctor and all and he says im healthy.okay on with my question...i want to know what exercises i can do to get in shape? because i know im skinny and i dont want to lose weight obviously i would just like to have a more sculpted body like abs nice legs blah blah blah. i want to do yoga and i was doing p90x yoga but wow i didnt last because some of the moves are very hard and im not very flexible. i want something simple and easy enough to get up in the morning and do it everyday. can
anyone can help?
also if i work out my abs such as situps will i get abs because the only fat i get on my body is in my stomach area unfortunatley.
