Open both files you want to use. Use your select tool and carefully select your picture by using the control key to keep adding on to the selection. Then when the selection is done copy and paste the selection in the picture you want to put it in. Once you have it where you want it you can change the settings of the picture to match the texture of the picture you are editing.
