I Need help with my wireless internet because i accidentally unplugged router?

hey, i accidentally unplug my wireless router and now when i try to go wireless it doesn't work, and now my Dell laptop keeps reminding me that the wireless utility card is off and i don't know what to do. the wireless works on my ps3 so it must be the laptop, how do i fix the card thingy
