I need help with my vegetable garden?

Im growing:

Eggplant
Broccoli
Spinach
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Red Leaf lettuce
Red Beauty Peppers

How do go about growing these?

Everywhere I read said to not over water them. I went by the directions and they starting going downhill on me. Then I started to water it more and they propped right back up?
 
Well you have 3 plants that I have always had problem growing eggplant,Broccoli, and red peppers but the other ones I know they need water and the soil and drainage determine how much water they need also fertilizer are you giving them enough you can dig a hole about 10 inch deep and fill it with water and see how long it takes to dry up and you can get a good ideal how often to water I hope this helps Good Luck
