I need help with my t.v. its a philips 43p8341 43" rear projector?

I have a philips 43P8341 43 in rear projector t.v and I can't get the crosses to line up in the convergence. I don't know what is wrong with it. Its a inch off to the left and a inch off to the top b4 it jumps back to like 3 inches off. The crosses won't line up. If anyone knows what the problem is please let me know
