I need help with my Samsung Flight fast.?

I have the Samsung Flight. And I love it. But I have quite a few questions. It would be very much appreciated if you could answer them.

One - Does it cost money to use the apps?
Two - Does it cost money to use the games?
Three - I want to download a game off of GetJar.com but I can't use the internet on my phone. So how can I do this? I've tried everything.

Please help me.
