I need help with my photography for college !?

I need help on how to set my photography book atm we are doing Photo-grams and about Man Ray atm I've just used the simple torn black paper and pretty much gone for black and white with paper and newspaper i'm getting bored of that style but i need to keep the black and white theme there as well but different if u know what i mean >< sorry all help will be greatly appreciated
 
Are you using B&W paper? Then it will be B&W no matter what you use for your photograms. And you need to try to get as many tones as possible for a great tonal range. A girl in my class used a clear label from a water bottle and it looked great. Just look around you for things that are semi-transparent or have great characteristics.
