i need help with my marine corps military contract?

i enlisted in the marine corps about 5 months ago, i am suppose to leave in september, the thing is i dont want to anymore... i have really bad back pains and i thought i could handle it at the time of my signing but not anymore, obviously i lied at MEPS about my condition. is there any way i can break my contract? also the thing is i want to become a cop. would i still be able to become a cop in the city of chicago if my contract is broken? and if they break my contract because i lied about my back problems will this be know in my cop application and will it effect my chances of becoming a cop?
 
no you just tell them you want to back out.
they might say that you already signed the contract its to late
but they are lying you aint in the military till you take the final oath at meps which is the same day you leave for boot. you will get a dep discharge. thats it. it should not effect you.
 
when i was in boot camp our divison sent home like 5 people due to injuries so if you do end up going and you get there just be like oh shit my back my back when you start pt'ing than bam your out.
