I need help with my iPhone 3GS. Please help me out?

Hi, so i got my iPhone 3gs and i tried to jail break it and i guess i did it wrong and i got app on my iPhone (i think it has to be cydia app) but it doesn't turn on just says underneath "loader". I want to find out how can i delete that app and re jail break it again. Please help me out and i will give 5 starts for best answer. Thanks a lot
