I need help with my chrysler town and country 2002. There a problem that I can not fix.

It might actually be an electrical problem. The door latch (which is elctrical) might be bad or a link that connects to it might have broken off. The latch is mounted on the rear of the door, it has levers so if you try moving them and they're jammed then you might have found the problem.
It's just an idea, hopefully it works.
 
You think you can help? On the right side sliding door it does not want to open. And i was wondering if open the panel of the door what can I do to fix the door? I know it not something electrical because the car would of said something in the little screen above the window. It would of said there is a electrical problem in the sliding door. So can anyone show me like a map behind the panel or tell me what to do. The door does not want to unlock and i does not want to move at all. I really need someone help please help me.
