i need help with my art work, need an artist and meaning about an eye?

for my art work i want to paint an eye but i have to have a meaning for doing it, and an artist im working from
does anyone know an artist i could work from and a meaning and what i could do with the eye
for example do a picture inside the pupil

you could do an eye and like the reflection on the eye's surface could be of a painting of an artist that the person is supposedly looking at

For the reflections in the eye, think of something beautiful the person would be looking at. Clouds, a line of trees on a hill, raindrops. Or a daisy like flower with a teardrop type raindrop just falling off one petal.

The eyes are the window to the soul....you could paint in the pupil an image of the bottom of someones foot!
