2. LEADERSHIP OFTEN IS STRESSFUL. LEADER NEED TO MANAGE STRESS. BEHAVIORS LIKELY TO INCREASE STRESS INCLUDE:

-ARGUING WITH SOMEONE ABOUT WHAT IS CAUSING STRESS.
-IGNORING THE STRESSFUL SITUATION RATHER THAN ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE IT.

-ABUSING ALCOHOL AND/OR OTHER DRUGS.
