I need help with fixing a dent on my car?

I have a dent on the quarter panel on my car, and I just want to know is this a right procedure?
. even the dent out, then sand it off then bondo it then sand it again?
Please give me some advices
 
if one can hit it from other side or pull it by a screw and pliers sand a place a little bigger than spot your working with fill with bono or body filler sand a few more times each time with ligher grade of sand paper it its smooth prime it and then paint it..type in how to do auto body work
