i need help with finding a place i can take an art class that isnt a community college?

i am currently a high school student in california and i need to get my art credit done
i cant take it during school because i am apart of the IB program and it pretty much takes up all my classes
i tried to enroll at a community college but they are so impacted that getting into a class is almost impossible
i need help finding a place where i can take an art class and get credit
pleas help me
