I need help with exercising?

ok im 5'5 and im 18 yr old i already have a butt and thighs the way i want them but i have a lil belly i weigh 152 but i got 13 pounds of musle.... i want a flat stomich and tone my inner arms you know ladys how u wear a tank top and u close your arms and u got thatlil fat by you upper arm. what is good exersied i can do to build my butt and flaten my tummy and tone down my arms smaller i want a j.lo body lol. help me ... i need the exersices i need to do and a work out plan the whole enchalada so i can get my body by june (work out my whole body but i just dnt want to lose my butt)
