Well, the only pros you have for that argument is if the military spending in Iraq is cut, but the troops didn't come home, then it would cut their safety equipment and operating costs and therefore be a danger to our troops and possibly cause more deaths. Add this: If you want to cut military spending, then you must bring the same percentage of military personnel home for it to be safe and make sense.
