I need help with colors in my garden. HELP?

I have turquoise trim and pink siding for my home.

For the plants around the front yard, what flowering perennials and shrubs should I plant? It's facing East, but I have part shade for N, and partly sunny for the morning sun in the East. I've also bought some spring bulbs, tulips, hycinths, daffodils.

Does it matter what colors of flowers, or should I get some reds and pinks to blend in with the color of the house?

There's also a covered porch, in front of the house, the same width of the front, with three windows and a gazebo on the North/NE side of the house.
 
I would choose the kind of flowers and shrubs you prefer, then paint your siding to coordinate with your plantings - whew - pink and turquoise siding would be enough color without adding plants.
 
I think you need to decide whether or not you want a formal look, relaxed cottage look and how much time you are going to devote to your plants. Rule of thumb is that flowers take twice as much care as shrubs. Having said all that, I personally would use white as the main flowering color and pop it with groupings of raspberry, burnt orange, red and pink.

As for types of flowers/shrubbery it is hard to suggest without knowing your soil composition and how large an area you are talking about. Don't forget about textures too. Some shrubs may not be showy with flowers but offer visual interest. Oh, and vary the heights of the things you plant. Not everything tall has to be in the back. You can group tall things in the center for a focal point and work out from there... Keep like plants in groups of at least three together, maybe even 5, always an odd number...
 
I recommend the California Poppy because it is a bright orange, high
color contrast with your turquoise trim. Other orange flowers are calendula, and red hot poker. Have some fun with the garden. It's your place of zen.
