to do this. Thanks? I started a business and it generated good income in its first year. I would like to see more growth by getting people involved who have strengths in the areas where I need help. I can offer equity in the business but no payroll at this time. Can you help me put together a good team!
I have found 3 people who are not needing any money upfront or to be on the payroll, so this can be done without capital. They have agreed to offer their services and help this baby grow. While it is growing up, this baby will begin to give back for their services.
In business a lack of MONEY is not the issue... But a lack of creative ideas could be. I just want more ideas to feed off of. Thanks

What you need is a partner to bring in capital no one is going to work for free in these days.

If you have no funds for at minimim 1 employee, its time to rethink the business.
