I'm kinda new to the diet and exercise thing. I've done things like dance exercises for fun before but now I need to lose 20 lbs by the end of the month because my wedding dress no longer fits. I don't have the money to join a gym or any diet programs (I've always believed that exercise works more then starvation anyways). I know for someone my age weight and height I should be eating around 1556 calories a day. I'm trying to figure out exercises that can help me burn more then that a day. I love dancing exercises. I have a core rhythms dvd I work out to and do yoga on occasion but I don't think that burns enough calories as the dance is 38 min and the yoga is around 10. I need help trying to figure out exercises I can do.
I'm 23, 5' 5", 145 lbs and I need to get to 120 by the end of the month. Help!
I meant an exercise plan. You know like 20 min of sit up and 10 min of push-ups or something like that.
