Ok so here goes, my brother needed to get a proof of age card at the MVR in darwin and he had a bank statement and his birth certificate and the lady at medicare said he needed a photo id but that is why he wanted the medicare card in the first place, it seems he needs one to get the other - so I guess my question is what logic do these government agencies go by! and how can you do it
