I need help upgrading my amp and subwoofer.?

I have TWO Alpine MRP-M500 500W Mono Amplifier. Would this amp be powerful enough to power TWO Alpine Type-R SWR-1242D 12" Subwoofer?

If not, should I use a capacitor to make up for the loss of power?

How should I hookup the amps?

I already have one four channel amp that is working fine. In addition, one Alpine MRP-M500 500W Mono Amplifier with one Alpine SWE-1242 Type-E 12".

What should I do?
 
I think it should do really well dude. Because i got 2 12'' Sony Xplods powered by an 800 watt Sony Xplod amp and it really HiTs! its krazy. i think a 500 watt amp will hit pretty hard for your Alpine.

or you could just get my amp. its 150 bucks and it doesn't overheat at allll :]
