Ok I'm 14 and I'm 5"9 and I weigh 195 pounds I'm tryin to play freshman football and my postion I wanna be is defensive tackle and I need a workout plan and some advice so I can be I shape for football Im trying to be the best so I need as much workouts as I can and I only have like 30 days to do it untill footbl starts please just give me some workout plans so I can be come a god defensive tackle
