I need help souping up my 95 honda civic 2dr not hatch back?

i have about 1 grand now and by the time summer is over i should have about 3gs i want to make it fast and stylish. What should i get for under the hood and for the exterior? Its not a v-tec so its pretty slow right now and i would like to shove as much in to it with only 3 grand.
looking for prices and where to buy online
 
cold air intake, turbo, turboback exhaust. do that for performance to make it pretty quick, then do whatever u think would look good for the outside
