Right, I hot a low end gamer case, Raidmax Hurricane, with 3 fans in it. Side fan 80mm intake (not very powerful) another fan in the front, not sure about the size & a 120mm extractor fan in the back. I am running an Athelon II processor with the bog standard fan that comes with it & in addition have 3 hard drives in it too, a 160gig, a 240gig & a 1.5TB. I have 4x1gig DDR3 1333 RAM modules with no heat fins on them, but encased in a steel-like enclosure. I am running a 570W PSU to power everything. No opticals AT ALL. & yet the bugger still gets BASTARD hot.
Any ideas to cool it down as I would like to upgrade my processor to a Phenom II X6 soon & am worried about it spontaneously combusting!!
