Before Jean arrived into town Anna was Catherine’s best friend. Anna wasn’t sweet and she wasn’t a very pleasurable person to be around. Catherine liked her company because she needed a girl with her who had an immoral and aggressive person with her to have fun with. She was the one who vomited from alcohol first, the one who started a fight, the one that no man could resist or trust. Just with any friendship they had many problems, Anna’s wild behavior she was just as unpredictable as Catherine’s.
