You need a lot more than what you listed you have.

Are you going to be sleeping in one place for the entire trip? if o, you need a tent/sleeping bag.

I not, just a sleeping bag would work.

Other than that, there is too much stuff to list here.

For the basics, you need food, water/water purification tablets, knife, matches, appropriate clothes, etc.

I'm going to be camping in the mountains and living in the wild for a couple days and i was wondering if there is any suggestions on supplies i might need because so far i have gotten a TOPS Knives Tom Brown T1 Tracker with a Hedgehog leather works sheath and i got an axe for shelter building. I was looking for suggestions on a good big flash light and a small powerful one. I was needing to get someones opinion on a good pair of boots for men too because i need some boots that can stand up to the elements.

most hiking boots will be up to the task of a few days away, fabric boots need less breaking in which might be important. nice knife but it takes a lot of dirt time to get the most out of it. a folding bush saw would probably be better.

you guys over there seem obsessed with super powerful flashlights but I prefer more ecomonical led versions. the petzl zipka or tikka are light and reliable, good for reading, cooking and close work with enough power to see out a bit further. unless you are going caving then I'd leave the surefires at the shop and go for longevity over blinding power. the three AA cell led maglite is a good torch.
