months back, i went and saw an indian palm reader and he seems a genuine one.he saw my hands and said it is time i will be flying off overseas to study, which was true as i had the letter of offer at a university overseas and was flying off in 2 months. my mum asked him what course and he said medicine, which is what im studying now. he said mostly positive thing eg i will do very well in life and get 3 degrees and be respected, which i hope happens.
but, one thing he said was that i am a shaitan (satan). when my dad looked at him, he continued, 'she is a shaitan, no doubt a shaitan, thoughts come into her head all the time, she has a hunger in her, she will study when she wants to and when she does not want to, she wont study. there are many times she sits at her table to study, thoughts come into her head, that distracts and disturbs her. it will go on like that years later also where her mind is always disturbed but she will do very well in her career.'
my question is could you pls interpret what he means by saying i am a shaitan. what does it mean if i am a shaitan. also, is that a path i chose(due to loads of desires etc?) or that is the way i am born? what about the thought, is it my choice that i am allowing them to come in or is it simply out of my control? i dont know about this shaitan thing, pls explain to me.
i am asking due to alot of past experiences and the constant battle with my mind. pls dont tell me things like why am i bothered by these palm-reading or that it is pure nonsense etc. i am aware and i am not influenced. so, if you dont believe in palm-reading, pls dont answer this question. thanks
