I need help on the game, Star Trek Bridge Commander!?

How do I beat the mission when the USS Sovereign, USS Zhukov, USS Devore and the USS Khitomer are fighting the Cardassians and the Kessoks at Tezle 1? I think it's mission E6M5. I am all out of quantom torpedoes by the way.
