I need help on removing something on my computer?

I was just asking about IE problems. Well I put that off to the side for right now. Oh about that question the page I was talking about came up as Insecure Internet Activity. But to the question now...I cant get spyguard off my computer. I even went into safe mode this morning and nothing is there. Can someone tell me how to get rid off it without paying anything. I ran the McAffee and it shows nothing. I even ran Ad Aware and Cyber -defender as well and still nothing. Please help me out here. Thanks in advance
 
Do a search on the name of the program, find out where it is located and delete it there.
