im in my 20s. i have an insane metabolism.
i wake up late in the morning, around 11pm.
i usually eat crackers,cereal or bread for breakfast

i usually eat light lunch (bread & canned food (sausage)
sometimes i eat light lunch like bread or crackers, but i get so
hungry in the afternoon.

i usually eat alot for dinner, i get really hungry. (bad right?)
i eat two or more cups of rice/lots of pasta to fill myself up.

need some advice on how to eat healthy & lose some weight.
id like to eat light at night (no meat), but i get hungry late at night.
i cant sleep.

lately, i have been trying bottled green tea juices,canned
fruit juices and lessening carbs at night. thanks in advance!
