When the word hero is brought up people commonly think of super heroes. Heroes such as Batman, Superman, the Amazing Spiderman and other famous comic book heroes. Despite the super power that’s how most heroes are today. Their either trying to make the lives of other people better, or they are usually a person who people can look up to. My definition of a hero is someone like Anna or Batman.
Certainly Anna is a hero many people look up to. She is an average mom with three kids, but the only difference is that she is fighting a vile disease knows as cancer. However this unyielding mom keeps her head held high and keeps moving forward. She doesn’t let the cancer become a problem with her everyday outdoor activities and ability to take care of her kids. Anna is showing that no matter how hard the trial is, to never give up and to keep on trying.
A more commonly known hero is a fictional character known as Batman. By day he is a wealthy businessman named Bruce Wayne who lives in Gotham city. And by night a superhero who beats up criminals making the streets safer for the citizens. Batman will risk his life to protect any average person and he sacrifices his entire life to keep others safe.
To conclude people can be heroes in several different ways. They can be someone who enforces the law on criminals to keep people around them safe and to make their lives better. Or role models to everyday people to help them in their lives.
