I need help. I'm really busted, need help for English Literature.?

I have not really touched on how to write a prose, so all i'm asking is for your help if you are willing to help that is.

Now the B-itch (my Eng teacher to be precise) wants us to write a prose on CHANGE and it has to be personal and the only pissing thing is that i don't want to write sumthin personal cos it prob has a f-ucking swear word in every sentence which won't count as real literature anyhow..

I have thought about 'change' for a week about change in my life or childhood times but i don't how to sum it because it's all scattered. Sumtimes i can't describe what i'm feeling at that time.

I don't want to sound too personal or have pity but rather subtle and allusive. Now it's f-ucking due tommorz, geez this b-itch should really get destroyed, this topic is hard and needs time so that we can reflect back on our childhood times and write with thought not sumthing swung away in rubbish..

So All i want to know is where to start and 'How' to start. the word how is important..What are devices and techniques i should use to incorporate in my descriptive prose on the basis of change in my life...?
