i got the bored in just now and i already had the memory and the prossesor the type is a p4 drr ram my problem is it comes on with no memory and no cpu it comes on with the memory and the cpu i know one of 2 things are out eather my prosesor of the vidio out in the board it dosent have a monitor out just a vidio out i hook to my tv and it diplayes nothing i need to know wich i need a cpu or a vidio card is there any way to tell withought geting a vidio card if its the video or the prosesor out ?
