...brakes and powersteering? i have a 1990 ford thunderbird and the brakes and powersteering arent working and my stepfather said its one part that does both so i need to find out what that part is and where i can get it at. i really need this car so if i dont find this part im screwed out of a new car..plz help!!
 
What you need is a mechanic with a garage wrapped around him. Even if I could guess what the problem is from your question there isn't a chance that you would be able to fix it by yourself.
