...report but had accident? I bought Toyota camry 2007 (under warranty) with clear Carfax report but it actually had an accident ... it was my first ever car in USA and nobody actually told me to buy a car from a certified dealer... Now its giving me alot of problems because the dealer or the first owner only put a new bumper and never repaired the car completely from inside. I contacted the dealer and they have totally threw everything on me that car did nt have problems before. I took the car to toyota and ask them to repair it but they say car has been involved in an accident so that is not covered under warranty, I then asked my insurance company AAA and they said they wont repair it since the car had accident before i bought the car ... WHAT TO DO NOW ? I AM TOTALLY SCREWED .. THIS IS FRAUD ... I HAVE BEEN SOLD A CAR WITH CLEAR CARFAX REPORT BUT WITH A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOT EVEN REPAIRED ??? plz somebody help me ....
 
Best thing you can do is get a lawyer. He/she will be worth every penny in a case like this. I'm betting that someone from the dealership was driving the car and had the accident and that's why the accident didn't show up on the report. And the dealership just had it half repaired hoping no one would notice.
