my phone is 3 years old.but recently it had its first problem. the downward key in the d pad(circular one) is not working always....also when i connect the phone to the computer via data cable it doesn't show me options wether to use file transfer or phone mode....nowadays it directly goes for file transfer...
is the problem with software of the phone or has the phone keypad gone...my main aim is to get the phones downward button to work again.
