I need help for a Cadillac Deville 1997... Changing my stock radio 2 what ?

So I have a 1997 Cadillac Devile I have a stock radio. I been fixing up my car so now its come 2 change my radio I want to put in an 2-din in dash TV I don’t care if it has navigation or not but I wanted to know if by putting that it will mess something up in the car because the car it self has a few computers.
So I want 2 take out my radio and put in a touch screen one in there….

Also for this car what would be a good brand and not only brand but a model so I can look it up.
