I need help fixing My mini motorcycle?

Okay so I have this little motorcycle and no, it's not a razor or pocketbike...it's bigger but still like small. So the question is I have a messed up carbeurator and pull start and i also lost the key so i need to have it made. I just need to know if there is some kind of website or something where I could learn about this kind of stuff and also a store that might sell things like this?

you can buy a haynes manual for any bike in production, best to get e new key barrel, thenit iwll come with new keys.
is htis one of those chinese tiny bikes, cause parts are hard to come by. best if you lean the carburettor in clean petrol and air blast it to clear out all the crap.
