My 2002 Honda civic ex has perfectly functional head and tail lights, when used in any other way, but when the "circle" light on the front is turned on along with everything else in the front during when I turn the headlights on, it's not lit, but when I try something like turn the high beams on, it's lit, so I know the bulb is good. Same with the stop light I the back, the one on the right does not work when stepping on the breaks, but when pressing the u lock key on m remote it lights up, so again bulb is good. What should I do?
