It's about a young woman pregnant with her first child. Shes having these nightmares of her brother's kidnapping when they were younger. I remember her husbands name was Lonny, and he too was friends with her brother when he was "taken". The novel takes a dark turn, she keeps getting harssassed by neighborhood kids, and she wakes up one morning covered in blood. Turns out that she miscarried a twin, and her husband was trying to make her seem insane, and eventually try to kill her. It's revealed as she remembers her brother wasnt really kidnapped, but murdered, and by her husband. I read this book in 1996-1998 somewhere in there. It was hardcover, and I THINK, I think there was a picture of the front of a house, with a bicycle on the grass .. on the cover. Thanks alot.
