I need help finding a certain law. I do not know if it is an Ohio Law or a Federal Law but I cannot seem to locate it.
It consists of a Court ruling that firmly states the rules a business must adhere to concerning start and stop of work concerning drive time/ window time. The law states that the first stop (driving from home to the first stop or arriving at a central starting point like a shop, warehouse, office, etc.) is when pay time starts. If you need more info let me know and I'll see what I can remember.
I would prefer to have a law that strictly applies to Ohio... but will except a Federal Law as well.
